Chef Kitty Bridges is a native of the Memphis, Tennessee, area. She has traveled and lived in several countries and in many states across the U.S. She has over a decade of experience in management and sales within the hospitality industry. Her culinary training was received at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona with practical experience both in Arizona and Tennessee.
Having returned to the Memphis area, Chef Bridges is excited to share her love for the culinary arts by providing top quality, nutritious and delicious food preparation as a personal chef. Chef Bridges offers an expansive repetoire of pastry, breads and desserts. She encourages her clients to request new items they would like to try and/or particular favorites! Chef Bridges has experience producing menus that represent the best of Italian, Greek, German, Irish, Japanese, Chinese and many U.S. Regional cuisines. Some specialities include: personal chef/theme services; event planning/catering and planning special personal moments for newlyweds, honeymooners and engagements.
Her most requested desserts are cheesecakes, pies (seasonal: apple, berry, peach) and fresh fruit tarts. Chef Bridges also provides fresh fruit salads and individually packaged, cleaned and portioned fruit to accompany meals upon request. Soups, salad dressings, sauces and dips are all homemade from original recipes and freshly made each week.
